These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CampAIgnsOS ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), an influencer campaign management service operated by MayeleOS Inc.. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or brand, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Platform serves two types of users: Brands (companies or individuals running influencer campaigns) and Creators (influencers or content producers participating in campaigns). Your account type determines your permissions and the features available to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use the Platform to:
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to circumvent security measures, scraping data, impersonating other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (campaign briefs, deliverables, creative assets, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach platform policies of any social network referenced in your campaigns.
The Platform includes AI-powered features such as brief generation, outreach drafting, creator suggestions, and the Justine campaign copilot. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will meet your expectations or comply with any particular standard.
Campaigns created through the Platform may involve publishing content on third-party social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others). You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with the terms of service, advertising policies, and disclosure requirements of any such platforms, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party social platform.
Where the Platform facilitates payments between brands and creators, any such transactions are subject to any additional payment terms presented at the time of the transaction. We are not a party to payment agreements between brands and creators. If you believe a payment dispute has arisen, you must resolve it directly with the other party. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees or transaction fees in the future with advance notice.
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and proprietary AI models, is owned by MayeleOS Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform to you.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILSON WORLD MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the Platform or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
