When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and account type (brand or creator). Brand accounts may also provide a company name, website, industry, and billing information.
Brands provide profile information including their brand name, description, target audience, content guidelines, preferred platforms, and budget ranges. This information is used to power AI features and campaign recommendations.
We store all campaign content you create or upload: briefs, written concepts, creative assets, post submissions, revision history, scheduled dates, and campaign performance data. Messages exchanged between brands and creators through the Platform are also stored.
For creators discovered or invited through the Platform, we may collect and store publicly available social profile data including follower counts, engagement rates, recent posts, bio information, and platform handles. This data is sourced via third-party APIs (such as ScrapeCreators) and is fetched on demand — not continuously monitored. Creators who register directly on the Platform provide their own profile information.
When you use AI features — including the Justine campaign copilot, brief generation, outreach drafting, and creator suggestions — the inputs you provide and outputs generated are logged for quality assurance, model improvement, and abuse prevention. These logs are accessible to administrators.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Platform, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information.

Campaign briefs, deliverables, messages, and profile information are shared between the brand and creator parties to a given campaign. Brand profiles are visible to teammates invited to the same brand account.
We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI features), Vercel (hosting), and ScrapeCreators (social data). These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account data and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. AI call logs may be retained for up to 12 months for quality and safety purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level security in our database, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our Platform retrieves publicly available data from social networks (including Instagram and TikTok) to help brands evaluate potential creator partners. We access only publicly available information and do not request social platform credentials from creators. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social platform. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
